Managing Your Cosmy Plus Subscription

Cosmy Plus gives you access to exclusive features and deeper cosmic insights. Since subscriptions like Cosmy Plus are handled through external payment providers (such as Google, Apple, or PayPal), you’ll manage your plan directly with them.

 

Subscription Management

Here’s how to view, manage, or cancel your subscription:

  • View Your Plan Details: You can check your subscription status (duration, renewal date, and pricing) directly in your payment provider account.

  • Cancel or Modify: You can cancel your Cosmy Plus plan anytime via your payment provider’s account settings.

  • Important: To avoid auto-renewal, make sure to disable it at least 24 hours before your current billing cycle ends. You'll continue to enjoy all Cosmy Plus benefits until the expiration date.

 

Account Deletion Does Not Cancel Your Subscription

Please note: Deleting your Cosmy account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel it via the payment platform to stop future billing.

 

How to Manage Subscriptions by Provider

  • Google Play: Open your Google Wallet and go to your Payments & Subscriptions to manage Cosmy Plus. 👉 Google Support

  • Apple App Store (iOS): Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions. There you can manage or cancel Cosmy Plus. 👉 Apple Support

  • PayPal: Log into your PayPal account, go to your pre-approved payments section and find Cosmy. There, you can stop the auto-renewal. 👉 PayPal Subscription Settings
